A zip blind is a roller blind made for outside: the fabric comes down from a cassette at the top and its edges run in a zip track down each side, so it stays flat and taut instead of flapping about. Drop it and a patio, car porch or balcony becomes a room; roll it up and the opening is back.
From inside you keep the view — the fabric cuts the glare, gives shade and privacy, and screens the space from blowing rain. It is made for tall, wide openings as well as ordinary ones.

How is it priced?
By the square foot of blind: the width of the opening × the drop. With installation it is RM 65 a square foot, so a 10 × 8 ft opening — 80 sq ft — is RM 5,200. The blind only is RM 45 a square foot. The calculator above works it out in feet or metres, for one opening or several of the same size.
Is installation included?
Pick “with installation” and our team fits it — RM 65a square foot. Pick “blind only” if you have your own installer — RM 45a square foot. The calculator and the product card open on “with installation”.
Can it be motorised?
Yes — add a motor for RM 750a blind. Tick “Motorised” in the calculator (one motor for each opening) or on the product card, and it goes into the cart as its own line.
What does the zip track do?
The edges of the fabric run in a track down each side of the opening, so the blind stays flat and taut from top to bottom instead of flapping about, and the sides of the opening are closed.
Can I still see out?
Yes — keeping the view is the point. From inside you see out through the fabric to the garden or the street, while it cuts the glare of the sun.
Does it keep the rain out?
It is made to screen a patio, car porch or balcony from rain blowing in from the side, and from harsh sun. When the weather clears, roll it up and the opening is back.
Which colour should I pick?
